Rick Martello – BOARD MEMBER & PRESIDENT

Rick Martello is the President and the Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Management Consulting Associates, Inc. for 15 years and is responsible for the final executive decisions for all aspects of day to day operations, including financial, operations, and management activities of all facilities and businesses under contract with the firm. Mr. Martello holds an M.B.A. in executive management from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in New York and has more than 35 years of experience in business consulting and management for a wide spectrum of businesses and facilities throughout the northeast United States.

Leonard M. Bruno, MD - BOARD MEMBER & VICE PRESIDENT

​

Dr. Bruno is board certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and completed various residencies, fellowships and postgraduate training at Presbyterian Hospital in New York, Philadelphia General Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia Veterans Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Medical Degree from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.  He has had numerous faculty, hospital and administrative appointments at virtually every major hospital in the northeastern Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

Lawrence Brochin, Esq. – BOARD MEMBER & IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL

Mr. Brochin is an attorney with over thirty years of legal experience and an emphasis on business, corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, and civil litigation.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law in New York and was a member of the NYU Law Review and Order of the Coif. He has been admitted to the bar in both New York and Florida.

Gene Z. Salkind, MD – BOARD MEMBER & TREASURER

Dr. Salkind is board certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and completed various residencies, fellowships and postgraduate training at Abington Memorial hospital, The Graduate Hospital, Veteran’s Administration Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Jeffrey Koch, RN – DEVELOPMENT & COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT

Jeffrey Koch is a registered nurse and NEM’s senior development and compliance consultant. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, from Holy Family College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jeffrey has had a diverse career working in several areas including administration, compliance, and patient care in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings. His experience is extensive and the lead consultant on development and compliance in office based surgery facilities as well as single and multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers.

Rose Bonamassa – FINANCE MANAGER

​

Ms. Bonamassa received her undergraduate degree from Pace University in New York and supervises all facets of finance for both NEM and NEM’s client base including Financial Projections, Revenue & Expense Analysis, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Financial Reporting and Tax analysis.  She works extensively with all outside CPA firms in tax planning for the company and its clients.

Lucille Cavasinni – COMPUTER GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER

​

Ms. Cavasinni has over 20 years’ experience in computer graphic design.  She is responsible for overseeing all graphic design work both in house and for clients of the company.

Matthew Martello – DIGITAL MEDIA & MARKETING CONSULTANT

​

Mr. Martello received his Mass Communication degree from Iona College and has been involved in the digital marketing field for the past eight years. He is involved in all phases of marketing including print advertising and franchise/trade shows and specializes in digital and social media marketing including automated email campaigns, and facebook/ google advertising.
